A number of poker strategies will surprise you with their simplicity. This is sample. Jot down your results, every single time you compete.

Thou have to write down thy successes and your squanders; for it is the sum of all a mans achievements which generate their bottom line.
How accurate is up to you. I usually consider that hourly specifics and that kind of personal information is not needed. Simply figure out how much up you are and how much (if anything) you’ve withdrawn. Of course, if you don’t win, note that too, regardless of how much it it might pain you.
Don’t forget to note what type of game you’re playing, if that is significant to you. (In my experience, most players hold to what they understand and don’t try something they do not know. If all you note is winnings, down and what you’ve taken out, you’re way ahead of most players out there!)
Provide yourself actual ambitions, like a ‘dream’ target (new car, holiday or anything else). When you take out, add the dollars taken out to your dream tally. The more successful you are, the nearer that dream will be!
