Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with old ancestry. Built on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the east with the wild west in a great game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the house, not like almost all other poker games that players play against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, new players don’t need to be concerned about other, more skillful gamblers winning their mulla.

Another Pai Gow benefit is the fairly leisurely game pace, rookies can take their time and strategize without needing to make frenzied decisions.

It is also easier to participate in for a very long time with just a little bit of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands has to be under each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the casino receives seven cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
